  • Ensure employees correctly identify, pull, count, pack, and ship products according to customer requirements.
  • Verify customer-specific instructions and special shipping requirements before orders leave the facility.
  • Oversee daily shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carriers.
  • Operate and supervise the use of UPS WorldShip, FedEx shipping systems, and other shipping software.
  • Verify shipping addresses, service levels, package quantities, weights, dimensions, and shipping documentation.

  • Coordinate incoming shipments, receiving, storage, and movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse bin locations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, incorrect shipments, shortages, and fulfillment issues.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately entered into company computer systems.
  • Coordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse and production floor.
  • Monitor order status and prioritize urgent or time-sensitive customer shipments.
  • Train new and existing warehouse employees on company procedures, shipping processes, equipment operation, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and ensure warehouse employees are being utilized efficiently.

  • Ensure forklifts and warehouse equipment are inspected and maintained appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, shipping, and receiving area.
  • Ensure employees follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and other warehouse duties when necessary.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
